Nonviolent displays of disapproval. I don't think it's particularly mature, but hey, neither is advocating against GBLTQ rights. Don't forget that Dan Savage, a prominent liberal and gay figure, has been glitterbombed several times for his transphobic comments. It is not something I would choose to do, but I absolutely understand why people do it.
It isn't funny, it shows that someone with a gun could have shot them with the same opportunity. Or thrown poison, gas and fire.
These breaches are serious and those that do this kind of thing should have felonies on their records for life. See how hard they laugh then.

I think romney would handle it better than obama. after all, i dont think romney would handle the problem by bowing down to another leader and kising their hand.

If you read the link, you see that the "missle" charge was dropped. I wonder who filed the charges?

Of course the left handed Holder would charge whoever did it with a hate crime too and the left would be squealing about how a KKK conservative tried to kill the great orator. These people are beyond help anymore.

That is what is missed in all the jokes about glitter. How did somebody get that close to a guy who is the prez nominee soon it appears? Of course maybe he got the same secret service detail that trained with the guys sent home from Columbia who were caught boozing it up with hookers while preparing for the presidential trip???

But hey, consider the source.
The guy who admitted to throwing the glitter is openly gay and he admitted that he was throwing glitter at Romney because of his disapproval on how Romney feels about homosexual issues...

That's gay sista, I don't care how you try to twist it.
