All you'd have to do is find some way to damage the axle/suspension, then the thing would be pretty effectively disabled...

Is this from a credible site though? The sites mentioning this are a bunch of Alex Jones tinfoil hat type sites. I'm not seeing reliable sources for this at all.

Ehh.. I don't have the Order Receipts near me so Google was the best I could do.

And a simpler way instead of taking out the Suspension is to take out the Vision. Spray Paint... Paintball Guns.. something along those lines.

If he really wanted to do that just repeal the stupid 1986 ban on buying new automatic weapons. That would give civilians owners access to all military and law enforcement small arms.

They have windshield wipers and quite frankly they can drive through buildings if need be so the whole not being able to see plan isn't going to work.
