Unanswered Questions for Sity Data
the ever growing list of questions pertaining to his comments on obama's eligibility that Sity Data is avoiding:

* how can obama be an indonesian citizen when it contradicts both US and indonesian law?

* how can you "clearly see" something on a document you've never seen.?

* exactly what was the bill you refered to that hillary clinton and obama "put forward" that tried to have the "natural born citizen" clause removed ?

* where did obama state he was an indonesian citizen?

* exactly where in "dreams from my father" is it stated that obama's father was not on the birth certificate?

* where is it stated that a child born out of wedlock can not be considered a "natural born citizen"?

nope. but it is not evidence of an official name change. as pointed out earlier in this thread both clinton and ford used their stepfather's surname for years ( clinton 10, ford 19 ) before legally changing it.

another thing the school record lists is place of birth: honolulu, USA

so, let's look at what is required for indonesian citizenship.....:

Indonesian Citizenship Requirements:

* being the age of 18 years or older, or being married.
obama was 10 and unmarried when he left indonesia

* when applying, having resided in Indonesian for a minimum of 5 consecutive years or 10 non consecutive years
obama had lived there 4

* physically and mentally healthy

* can speak the Indonesian language and acknowledge Pancasila and Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945

* never convicted of a crime for which the punishment is imprisonment for one year or more

* if having Indonesian citizenship will not give the person dual citizenship
obama had US citizenship at could not renounce it at that time (see below )

* employed or have fixed income
obama was unemployed

* pay the citizenship fee

.......................

the US state department does not allow minors to renounce US citizenship nor does it allow a third party, including parents, to do it for them.

from the US state dept:

F. RENUNCIATION FOR MINOR CHILDREN

Parents cannot renounce U.S. citizenship on behalf of their minor children. Before an oath of renunciation will be administered under Section 349(a)(5) of the INA, a person under the age of eighteen must convince a U.S. diplomatic or consular officer that he/she fully understands the nature and consequences of the oath of renunciation, is not subject to duress or undue influence, and is voluntarily seeking to renounce his/her U.S. citizenship.

Don't need one. I know how to use Google.

There are no records in either the US or Indonesia of any name change, or any change of citizenship for Barack Obama.
ROFLMAO.. and how would you possibly know that??? It says that in your manual?

Now you are an expert of what records are available in INDONESIA ?

FALLING DOWN LAUGHING.... omg (obama must go).

I posted the school record as proof that a form did show Obama with a different name and that it said he was Indonesian. That is all. There is no denying that record does show it. We do not know if Obama's name was legally changed at one point.

This is because Google cannot find what does not exist.

The command "Do not divide my land," does not exist anywhere in the Bible... as far as I can tell.

If you can prove me wrong, I'd be deeply appreciative.

It provides no evidence whatsoever of either a legal name change or the assumption of Indonesian citizenship. Legal actions such as those are not recorded in the fourth generation hearsay of a handwritten school registration. They exist in court records and the records of a country's Naturalization service. The State Department (through our Embassy in Jakarta) has direct access to such records in Indonesia.

There are none.

The US State Department says so. And they are the highest executive authority on the planet regarding who is or is not a US citizen.

Even assuming that the picture you posted is not a fake, and I am not prepared to make that assumption, can you understand the fact that just because someone in a foreign country writes something on a piece of paper it does not affect the citizenship of an American citizen?

it's legit. it's his elementary school admissions paper work that was filled out, most likely by lolo soetoro, when obama was 6 and before he entered the country.

as pointed out earlier, it runs contradictory to the citizenship laws of both the US and indonesia.
