Which is why Obama has already abandoned the "do nothing Congress" campaign theme that he tried to embark on earlier this election season. For every mention received by the President came forth an equally damning headline that pointed out Reid's refusal to pass a budget, among other failures.

Yes, the President really does think you're stupid enough to fall for his every quip.

(Oh wait....liberals actually do fall for his every quip!)

Thank God there are conservative counter-balances to weed through the President's demogoguery.

It's clearly due to GOP obstruction.

Lightbulb Democrat-Controlled Senate Laziest in 20 Years

Republicans filibuster in record style, stalling any progress in senate.

Graph, for those who can read one.

The accompanying article gives a good explanation.

Did I call it or what?

The lefties continue to parrot their talking points as their desperation builds by the minute.

Hey Wade: From the OP....

For example, while the Democratically-controlled Senate was in session for 170 days, it spent an average of just 6.5 hours in session on those days, the second lowest since 1992.

Reading is fundamental.

So then when the GOP is filibustering (is that a word? LOL) that equates to the Senate being officially "not in session"?

A leftist would argue that 1 + 1= 3 if they thought that it would help make their point.
