Let's say Minnesota implemented a single-payer health insurance system, payable by taxes to the state and adjusted according to income. Would you move to Minnesota?

I think every Aids patient, cancer patient and other catastrophic illness patient and illegals would flood in and every tax payer stuck with the bill from this would move away.
