No it is not. That's dillution. Main St. should be above Alameda, and every other ethnic street. Americans should not have to assimilate with the Hispanics or any other immigrant group. Americans are here at home. Hispanics are guests.

Well, then I guess the Irish and the English and all the rest should have stayed on the east side of the Mississippi if they didn't want to live with Hispanics seeing as how the Hispanics were here in New Mexico a good while before the others showed up.

There weren't many Hispanics here till maybe 50 years ago. I'm talking about Arizona, Cali and so on. Deport the illegal ones and there'd be a lot less Hispanics, period. I'm gonna say the Spanish Hispanic Americans in NM don't like the "Mexican" ones much either for reasons that go way back.
