This site is open to people like you, that's why I'm opposed to it. There have already been very insulting comments made against the Martin family, but Zimmerman's attorney said they will now be monitored more carefully.

"The real facts" should come out in a trial.
Actually, there was some new stuff set up yesterday. I kept wondering when it would come up here.

Thanks for the update Nairobi!

Do you also feel that all of the websites and pages set up in support of Trayvon Martin should be taken down as well? Do you feel that the Martin family should be allowed to raise money via the web?

I didn't see this post earlier. I guess I need to have a modem implanted in my brain so I can be online 24/7.

Zimmerman had a MySpace page that was already shut down earlier this year. My above comment points out that, if the only accessible sites are those portraying him as the upstanding, law-abiding, quiet family guy that his attorney wants the public to see, it's "advertising" his client, not showing the facts of the case.

He can't legally discuss the case online AFAIK. (can he? any lawyers on this forum?)

GZ's 2005 Myspace account is still up, however it's been inactive since 2005...

No he can't, there is a very fine line the attorney must follow or a gag order will be put in place...

Yes, thank you Katiana. I mentioned this in my post #2011.

Edit: I guess we've all mentioned it at one time or another on this thread today. LOL

As long as the case isn't discussed, I don't care if either of them have web sites. Asking people to interact and make comments is wrong. If one person writes "I think you are being railroaded, George" and another person writes "I think you are guilty as sin" shouldn't both remarks be displayed?

I never said that Zimmerman should shut down "The Real George Zimmerman" only that he should have been accountable for the $204,000 not tell the judge he was indigent. Until I learn more about the new sites, I am only questioning his attorney's motives.
