His father was a Judge in Virginia, which is pretty far from Florida.
Do you think so many officials and professionals would risk their careers in Florida to orchestrate fake reports for a retired judge from another state?

There are other Black people in the world who are not African AMERICAN. And in Latin America, have a Black ancestor does not make one Black themselves. In fact, many Latinos make it a point to deny that they actually have any African ancestry themselves and are in fact openly prejudiced against people with obvious African ancestry.
