The only difference is that Trayvon Martin was minding his own business, heading home with a bag of Skittles and a bottle of iced tea not stalking George Zimmerman so your scenario is a bit pointless.
Turn your TV on to the news and clean out your ears!!! Things aren't looking good for Trayvon.... They just announced that he had drugs in his system...And it's coming out more that Zimmerman is telling the truth...

"If the muzzle is right against the skin, that’s a contact wound," Baden said. Anything beyond 18 inches is considered "distant" range in coroner's parlance, Baden said.
So, yesterday's news reports from NBC that reported the shots fired from "intermediate" range actually support the other reports that there were powder burns indicating a close proximity between the gun and the target. It's a shame that NBCs reporters lack the thoroughness of other networks when reporting issues on this case. They could have avoided some confusion for their readers.

He was a 17 year old who probably told Zimmerman, who had a gun, to go F-himself. Zimmerman was wrong that night, whether or not he eventually pulled the trigger because he was getting beaten. I said this weeks ago. He shouldn't have gotten out of his car and followed an unknown person with a gun.
I am not a "Trayvon" defender at all. If I saw a young man I didn't think belonged in my neighborhood, I might call the police too. I wouldn't go out and shoot him, however.

It stays in your system up to 6 months after you've smoked it. So whats your point? What was in Zimmerman's system? Oh thats right, he was never tested.
