What a hysterical LOON. no...it isn't ok to shoot a black kid because he is wearing a hoodie. The POINT here is that the REAL trayvon martin...at the time of the crime....was a far cry from the innocent kid of around 12 years old in the picture that the media adopted to portray him.
I'd say that martin looks FAR more intimidating in the convenience store video than he does as the youngster that obama concluded HIS OWN son would look like. Don't you??

GZ was very familiar with police procedures. He surely knew that his call to the police, plus the others the neighbors were surely making after he shot Trayvon, would be recorded.

Actually, the fact that she was not Trayvon's girlfriend gives her MORE credibility. And clearly the lead assistant state attorney and his legal team will decide whether or not to have the girl testify.

Now, why would the State put on evidence corroborating Zimmerman's story? They wouldn't. You've outlined what would be important for the defense's case. The State will put on evidence that does NOT corroborate Zimmerman's story.
It is your opinion that there is too much evidence that TM circled back, etc., and that could be because your bias will not allow you to see contradictions to that story, like, for example, you disregard the statement of the girl who was talking to TM on the phone at the time Zimmerman and TM first spoke to each other.
Incorrect. The locations of TM's body, the layout of the neighborhood, phone records, and recordings all illustrate that TM doubled back and went for Zimmerman.
Additionally if the state puts on evidence that it commissioned (like the autopsy report), it will corroborate Zimmerman's story. Nuff said.

"It should not and cannot be enforced in the gray for those who are in the thin blue line." The forum took place on Jan. 8, 2011, days after a video of the beating went viral on the Internet and then-Sanford Police Chief Brian Tooley was forced to retire. Tooley's department faced criticism for dragging its feet in arresting Justin Collison, the son of a police lieutenant.
"I'd like to know what action the commission is taking in order to repeal Mr. Tooley's pension," Zimmerman said to the commission. "I'm not asking you to repeal his pension; I believe he's already forfeited his pension by his illegal cover-up in corruption in what happened in his department."
Zimmerman's public comments could be important because the Martin family and supporters contend the neighborhood watch volunteer singled Martin out because he was black. Zimmerman has a Peruvian mother and a white father. His supporters have said he is not racist.
The Miami Herald first reported details from the January 2011 community forum Wednesday. The Associated Press obtained a copy of the tape from the meeting. In the speech, Zimmerman said he witnessed "disgusting" behavior by officers when he was part of a ride-along program, though the agency said it did not know when, if ever, Zimmerman was in that program.
"The officer showed me his favorite hiding spots for taking naps. He explained to me he doesn't carry a long gun in his vehicle because in his words, 'Anything that requires a long gun requires a lot of paperwork and you're gonna find me as far away from it.'" Zimmerman also said the officer in question "took two lunch breaks and attended a going away party for one of his fellow officers."
Sanford Mayor Jeff Triplett and interim police chief Richard Myers were both unavailable for comment.

How do you get that the phone records, and recordings, etc. show that TM doubled back? Are you privy to information the rest of us don't have? Do you have measurements compared to the timeline to prove what you're saying?

It's a legal requirement that the Medical Examiner from that Circuit, who, like all other medical examiners in the state, was appointed by the Governor, do autopsies and determine the cause and manner of death in criminal cases. The ME will definitely testify in order to establish that the death was a homicide as well as testifying to other findings such as what he meant in terms of inches "intermediate range" means regarding the distance between the gun and the gunshot wound.
The State will put on evidence which is intended to prove the elements of 2nd murder. That's their job.

A police station video taken three days after the shooting, released by the State Attorney’s Office with a trove of other evidence, shows Zimmerman walking unescorted through the police station. That suggests a “cozy” and “comfortable” relationship with the police, said Benjamin Crump, an attorney for Martin’s family.

to see actual evidence and would like to be judge, jury, and executioner in this case based on your own personal bias or agenda/views.

Do you honestly believe that if Trayvon Martin was running it would have taken him more than two minutes to get back to the townhouse? He doubled back. Simple.
