Says someone who thinks OJ is innocent. You believe OJ is innocent and Zimmermen guilty. Yep, we really value your opinion.

So says someone who thinks Bonnie Blakely "got what she deserved" and hopes a few Democrats get shot before November.

OJ has nothing to do with Zimmerman. Also "plausible scenario" does not = BELIEF.
I agree with the verdict in O.J. case; the State failed to present convincing evidence to the jury. That was the State's failure. Not guilty does not mean innocent.

Let me correct you once again. I have not been saying Zimmerman is guilty. I have been countering people who think they know all of the evidence the State is going to present in this case. That is simply NOT true. We won't even know the State's theory of the case until they present it in opening statements at the start of the trial. Nor do we know what evidence the defense will put on in terms of Zimmerman's self-defense claim.

That ^^^^ does not mean that I think Zimmerman is guilty of 2nd degree murder. I'll make that judgement, personal judgement, AFTER all the evidence has been presented in court.

Default Trayvon Martin Case Updates: 2 Judges Recuse, "graphic pictures" of Zimmerman's Injuries, Bond set at $150K

This thread is like a case of VD,
when you think it's over, . . . .
''it's ba-ack.''

I wouldn't know what VD is like.

If you find this thread annoying, don't read or post in it. Really simple.

So even if gz threw the 1st punch or shoved tm, IF tm then got gz to the ground and was banging his head, self defense is still in play.
Yeah, for Martin.

Martin is the dead one, so is unable to use self defense for killing gz. Had tm killed gz and come up with a story about how it happened, he'd be using self defense. Especially because it was gz's gun.

So dying in the process of defending oneself somehow removes one from the umbrella of self defense? Sounds like an odd way to apply the concept.

I'm not sure why that matters. I don't see where self defense would be any less applicable to Martin's actions simply because did not survive the altercation.

Oh, Rick Scott can't shoot them, so he's trying to do kill their votes legally. So far it hasn't worked, since a Federal judge made his ruling, but maybe I'll find out I'm not really a US citizen when I go to the polls in November or I'll have to walk by dogs that have been trained to sniff out Democrats.
