In the 911 call, Zimmerman definitely gets out of his car when he sees Trayvon Martin running. This is in no way a SYG case. He is on the phone with the police dispatcher and then he says "he's running," opens his door and starts to run. After that the dispatcher asks "Are you following him?" You can hear his breathing change when he leaves his vehicle. I used to have a link to the Sanford Police, but it was removed, although this audio sounds pretty accurate.
You'll stick with that til heck freezes over because the bill's authors and Bush said so. Still no court cases or Legal support for the unsupportable idea that following someone means you can't use SYG or even the plain old self defense law.
He's also multi-talented. Ask someone to hold your nose and mouth, bang your head on the floor, and then try screaming for help. Then, while you feel your head is "ready to explode," reach for your gun and, with someone pinning you down, shoot that person in the heart. I haven't heard of "not guilty based on the most imaginative story" before, but he would definitely qualify.

Obviously you haven't watched/listened to the video of Zimmerman's incident re-enactment for the police and HIS description of the how he reached for his gun while Martin was on top of him. Listen closely at the end when he's describing what happened; also notice that he says he thought Martin saw the gun or he believed Martin saw the gun. Interesting choice of words. (That is if you bother to take the time to actually view the video).

What voice stress test?
This is not a public lynching and it's absurd that you even make the comparison! He has been charged with a crime, this case is very high profile, there most likely will be a trial (if he doesn't take a plea if offered one), most likely the trial will be on TV, there are hundreds of law professionals out there who will be more than eager to give their opinions during the trial, he will be judged by a JURY based on the evidence presented in court, AND if he is convicted he will have a right to an APPEAL in order to take his case all the way to the United States Supreme Court if necessary to ensure that he has every opportunity to a fair trial. That's exactly the same process as every other criminal defendant.
It is a public lynching. Fortunately, it's being done by only a handful of people who keep spewing the same nonsense and clogging the internet with their self-proclaimed expertise.
