No.
But I wouldn't advise it.

You can hear his breathing change when he leaves his vehicle. I used to have a link to the Sanford Police, but it was removed, although this audio sounds pretty accurate.

You'll stick with that til heck freezes over because the bill's authors and Bush said so. Still no court cases or Legal support for the unsupportable idea that following someone means you can't use SYG or even the plain old self defense law.

I haven't heard of "not guilty based on the most imaginative story" before, but he would definitely qualify.
Have you ever noticed that different acts can occur at different times ? For instance, a person can yell for help Before or After their mouth is covered. Or reach for a gun Before or After they are pinned down ?

Not that gz's story is true or that ridiculing it can't be cutesy.

Zimmermen passed the voice stress test. Part of the reason he was initially released. The public lynching of Zimmermen needs to come again. An innocent man rots in jail.

Or are you suggesting that the Miami Herald is also lying?
So many times people are being robbed and nobody reacts and nobody helps. If more people were like gz we would have less crime

Obviously you haven't watched/listened to the video of Zimmerman's incident re-enactment for the police and HIS description of the how he reached for his gun while Martin was on top of him. Listen closely at the end when he's describing what happened; also notice that he says he thought Martin saw the gun or he believed Martin saw the gun. Interesting choice of words. (That is if you bother to take the time to actually view the video).

Simply not true. However, we could end up having more dead victims who would rather try a shoot-out than give up that fifty bucks in their wallets.

What voice stress test?

This is not a public lynching and it's absurd that you even make the comparison! He has been charged with a crime, this case is very high profile, there most likely will be a trial (if he doesn't take a plea if offered one), most likely the trial will be on TV, there are hundreds of law professionals out there who will be more than eager to give their opinions during the trial, he will be judged by a JURY based on the evidence presented in court, AND if he is convicted he will have a right to an APPEAL in order to take his case all the way to the United States Supreme Court if necessary to ensure that he has every opportunity to a fair trial. That's exactly the same process as every other criminal defendant.

It is a public lynching. Fortunately, it's being done by only a handful of people who keep spewing the same nonsense and clogging the internet with their self-proclaimed expertise.

A public lynching is what this is.
