If they are making jokes about you, instead of going the sexual harassment route with courts and such, you need to go the fear and intimidation route. For instance, if they have a dog, you need to cut its head off and then hide it in their bed. The Godfather showed us that actions such as this are quite effective at getting people to act how you want them to. Let us know what you decide!
Thank you.
As one who was in charge of sexual harrassment investigations in a past life, yes you have a claim. Keep copious contemporaneous notes of each occurance: dates, names, including everyone who may have heard the offensive remarks. Take the charges directly to your immediate supervisor and file a complaint with HR. Give them a week to investigate before requiring a followup.
If nothing changes in 30 days, contact the HR director/VP and the legal department to give them the name of your legal representation. Find a lawyer to type up a formal request for investigation and resolution.
I doubt it will get much further than that.
Also you really have no case to sue until after you give your employer a chance to respond and rectify the complaints.
Absolutely! But first slap them in the face with your turgid member. Flaccid or semi, it's your choice. That'll teach those wisenheimers to crack jokes in the workplace.
Document it and then go to HR and say this is a hostile working enviornment.
That is a horrible suggestion. A better suggestion would be picking their computer screens up and throwing them against various walls in the office.
Thank you.
