Read these Gov't studies then tell me why we should not dust off the pitch fork and order some tar and feathers and head for D.C.

Well this is some of why I tell lovers of big government here that we have a spending problem, not a under taxing problem.

The government acts like a bloated 750 pound man screaming to be fed more tax dollars. Few want to address slimming down the obese government and the debate focuses instead on more spending and who we should take it from. Disgusting!

"as of 2009, the US military maintained 662 foreign sites in 38 countries around the world"

Military mystery: How many bases does the US have around the world, anyway? | Occasional Planet

Not defending monkey poop studies, just saying that it is a drop in the bucket compared to the BILLIONS we waste making enemies around the world fighting fruitless wars and/or defending countries who are our friends this week from enemies who no longer exist.

Hopkins and his team wanted ultimately to understand what throwing feces and food has to do
with the neurological origins of communications in chimps. To that end, they took MRIs of
chimpanzee brains, and then put those chimps through other cognitive tests.525 They found that
chimps that excelled at throwing feces and other objects had better communication skills than
chimps with less-refined skills.526
huh. good to know.
