For the sake of disclosure, Summer Moody was shot above the left ear with the bullet exiting above the right ear. So apparently not in the back. Not that that should make a difference.
I've heard that so called innocent girl was a drug addict anyway.
Yeah screw it shoot em all.
She was a druggie so who cares?
I sincerely hope your kids are never shot dead by others who shoot first and ask questions later, but the rate of intentional and accidental gun deaths is spiralling so quickly that sooner or later, they will be...or their friends, or their friends.
But who cares? They were commiting a crime, shoot em dead. Even if they are kids.

The shooters didn't know they were kids. The kids could have turned out to be killers.
Don't bother arguing. These are the same fools who thought it was wrong for that guy to shoot the teens who were busting open his door trying to get into his house (even when they knew he was in the house).
MOBILE, Alabama -- Four days after being shot, 17-year-old Summer Moody was given a less than 1 percent chance of survival after her condition worsened Wednesday night, a family spokesman said today.
Moody was shot in the back of the head at about 4 a.m. Sunday, while she and three other teens were on Gravine Island.
The three teens who were with Moody on Sunday, Scott Byrd and Dillion Tyree of Stapleton and Daniel Parnell of Bay Minette, have been charged with first-degree burglary.
Earlier this week, Sheriff Huey Hoss Mack said the three are charged with breaking into two fishing camps on the island. Mack said two men on the island heard the teens and each fired one shot. One of the bullets hit Moody. No one else was injured in the incident.
Why are people so anxious to steal from others?
Staying off of someone elses private property would prevent these types of issues.

The far west is alive and well in middle america!
The devil loves it when we all start killing one another.

Actually, the real problem is private property. No private property, nothing to steal.
Peace,
