Wow. Companies charge what the market justifies. That justified price is based on the profit that can be made.

Are you seriously suggesting that overhead does not affect prices?

Eliminate the corporate/business taxes altogether along with the loopholes putting every business on the same playing field. Taxes for individuals is another topic.

It could also lower government revenue.

Where the topic of taxes is concerned they have already done it. Every time you purchase something you are paying that tax unless they have a loophole.

No taxes for individuals is on subject if your going to reform the tax code.Wouldn't make sense not to refrorm it all while at the task.

It certainly would but you put in place a national sales tax to make up that difference, the primary reason I suggest this is because the consumer now sees the tax as a tax.

No, it would probably go to the CEOs. Depending on where that CEO spends their money at, it could be that this money go to a foreign bank or country.

No. Not any more than it already does. Drop overhead on everyone and you still have the same amount of relative competition. Prices are capped by competition.

National sales tax is regressive. Corporate tax isn't. So how would that be an improvement?
