Zimmerman even attempted to apologize to the Martins at his hearing. Of course, that was most likely orchestrated by his lawyer. But this signifies that even he knows that he screwed up. The question is whether the legal system will let him get away with it.

But the facts surrounding the reason for the shooting are in dispute.

You seem intent on ignoring that fact.

Zimmerman fits the classic description of the vigilante (a Spanish word, ironically). He pursued someone who wasn't even a threat to him AFTER the police dispatcher told him not to (and against Neighborhood Watch guidelines), initiated a confrontation and shot the person with whom he started the fight. Had he not had the gun, he wouldn't have had the cojones to initiate it. He was a vigilante and a punk, and now he's a killer.

So now you present yourself as a psychologist and privy to all the private thoughts and motivations of Zimmerman, without ever having met him or talked to him. You feel fit to pass an unalterable judgment without seeing any of the facts found by the police to be pertinent to the case.

There is no doubt that you, as an outsider, have no facts regardihng this case.

Thankfully, you have no power in law enforcement or we would be living under a form of sharia law, with you as the sole arbitrator. If anything offends your predisposed ideas on a subject, you vilify it with a verbal assault without consideration to any evidence.

At this point, I do hope Zimmerman walks (I didn't care before your biased statements) just to see how you react to a lawful proceeding.

Yours ABOVE ... has been my exact discernment from first hearing of this tragic death.

Facts can't be in dispute. Facts are facts. We don't know who started the altercation.

Then why are you stating facts not in evidence as proven facts?

The only facts are:

GZ called the police about Trayvon.

GZ was on the phone with a female friend until less than one minute before the police arrived, by which time he was dead.

GZ killed Trayvon.

Several people called 911 during/immediately after the shooting.

Phone records of the above calls.

Katiana, I'm sure this above where you said ''GZ was on the phone with a female friend'' ....is an oversight.

Of course, it was Trayvon talkin to female friend.
