They would work together to accomplish much more than they could individually. They would share their food to make sure all of them had enough to eat. They would take care of those who were injured or became ill. They would help those who are physically weak to build shelter. They would realize that only by working together, they will survive.

A much friendlier place and more conducive to survival of all than if 100 conservatives were stranded on an island.

Those who were strong enough to gather food, would not share it with the injured or ill. They would hoard and withhold from others. There would be no working together or sense of community.

Oooo I want to play.

Lets see....

If you had 100 conservatives on an desert island, one of them would hire another ten to beat, bully and bribe the other 89 minions to do all of the work. The bribe would be a theoretical bribe where by they tell the 89 that a few of them will get to join the top 10 if they work really hard. Then they will never actually let any of them become a top ten.

For every 20 coconuts the minions collected they would get to share 2 and the real conservatives would keep the rest. Then anyone who cannot work, because they are old, too young, or disabled, etc will be left to starve to death. Additionally they will set up tiki heads and tell the minions that if they do not give one of their coconuts back to the tikiheads they will go to hell.

Next, the conservatives would hoard the coconuts, causing them to rot, over harvest the coconut trees and basically make the island damn near unlivable.

Finally, when help does come, the head conservative will leave not just the minions but the 10 who helped him get to power on the island.

Half of the Democrats would learn that the other half of the Democrats on the island are picking all of the bananas and coconuts and feeding everyone. Half of the Democrats will sit on their asses while the other ones work.

The ones who do all the picking will eventually decide to stockpile some of the fruit for themselves. The lazy Democrats will become envious and demand their fair share.

Barack Obama will arrive on the Island - and all the islanders will look upon him as a God.

The Almighty Obama will tell the Democrats about another island filled with people that call themselves Republicans. Obama will make speeches to all the tolerant heterosexual and homosexual islanders about the evil occurring on Republican Island.

A prosperous island that was raped by drillers of oil. At first the citizens of the Democrat island wanted nothing to do with the citizens of the Republican island. Until they started starving. The Democrats had run out of bananas to eat. They had run out of coconuts to eat. They had run out of dogs to eat.

The Republican islanders made donations, but it was not enough for the Democrats. They decided to steal. But they called it social justice instead.

They would each compete to build the biggest house on the beach cutting down trees and rolling the rocks on top of them to their destination.

When all the trees were gone, they would go to war killing the remaining residents, taking their stone and wood.

Their #'s would shrink from 100>50>0 within 20 years.
