Sorry you were.
I prefer not to have anyone be able to have any say over what I do with my properties.
Must suck to be you in your HOA community.
That's your choice.

In this case, Zimmerman has more rights to be where he was, his own community.

The fact of life is even this happened in a public street, Zimmerman would still be in the clear because... yes, self-defense. You can't start a fight, bang someone's head on the concrete and don't expect to be shot at.

I haven't heard a single Trayvon Martin supporter reasonably explain why eye witnesses say Trayvon on top of Zimmerman beating his head against the ground if he wasn't in the wrong.
Since I do not have a degree in jurisprudence, I do believe I will wait for those that do to try the case.
Pity more people wont do the same.

To me, that doesn't justify shooting someone.

Wish you could say the same about having some class.
Now, dont you have someone to fleece at canasta, or whatever it is you do on Fantasy Island?
Keep up your useless, continuous, repulsive, sarcasm. I am sure i am as sick of it as everyone else. I would be sad for you if you didn't bring it all on yourself.

Then what does justify shooting someone?

Would you consider "causing grave bodily harm or death" a justification to shoot someone?

That's exactly why you're not a lawyer, a judge or elected politician.
