In this case, Zimmerman has more rights to be where he was, his own community.
The fact of life is even this happened in a public street, Zimmerman would still be in the clear because... yes, self-defense. You can't start a fight, bang someone's head on the concrete and don't expect to be shot at.
Apparently I do because none of the Martin supporters in here pay attention to any facts that are posted and they act as if Zimmerman stalked, chased down and shot some little black boy for no reason. That's simply not the case, that's not supported by any facts whatsoever and all of the facts point to exactly the opposite thing taking place.
I haven't heard a single Trayvon Martin supporter reasonably explain why eye witnesses say Trayvon on top of Zimmerman beating his head against the ground if he wasn't in the wrong.
Since I do not have a degree in jurisprudence, I do believe I will wait for those that do to try the case.
