I read this one this morning and although I really liked to see it I wondered how much it would be accepted on C-D. I can already see all the prog answers because of the source.

Now to the topic, let me say that if Obama didn't have to be vetted in 2008 why not have Mickey Mouse on the ballot to run against him. We know a lot more about Mr. Mouse today than we did about Obama 4 years ago. Also, since states run elections it appears to me that they have a right to determine who can and who can't be on their ballot.

Its a great set of videos to watch. Birther uber-lawyer Mario Apuzzo getting his head handed to him in court by a junior associate. The most fun is to watch her face when Mario says the most breathtakingly stupid things.

It reminded me of my single favorite line from the old West Wing series. "Toby, come quick, Sam's getting his ass kicked by a girl!"

this has nothing to do being progressive or conservative.

the "mickey mouse" quote came in reference to new jersey law not requiring proof of eligibility to be on the ballot. if you believe the law does require showing proof then please cite the law.

as mentioned above, mario apuzzo lost this case.

This is astonishing news how?

The people at Mad Magazine entered Alfred E Newman into presidential races from 1956 till Reagan/Carter were running...which they thought it was such a pathetic race he might have actually won. Then it was no longer as funny of a joke.

If you are too stupid or lazy to learn history your moral outrage just makes you look even sillier.
