This is going to be a major problem if Zimmerman and friends are not held accountable for not disclosing the pay pal account balance to the court.
I personally am questioning if this is going to be a fair trial. No one should be able to not disclose information or flat out lie about something this serious and not have the judge act on it.
IMO, Lester has to do the right thing.

Website was launched on 4-9-12, GZ was arrested on 4-12-12.
It would seem that while he was in jail the account grew to 150K by the time of his bond hearing, now unless there are jailhouse videos where his brother or a family member disclosed what was in the account, I don't see how GZ would have known the amount at the bond hearing, with that said, his family may have known particularly since they were awful cagey about their answers about the finances i.e. GZ's wife consistent answer to financial questions was "Not that I'm aware of"...
An additional 54K was donated between the end of the bond hearing and Wednesday...It would appear that about 5K was used towards GZ's bond and 50K has been spent since he got out of jail on setting up house outside of Florida...You would think his lawyer should have questioned where he got the money to do this...

This is hilarious!! Zimmerman is obviously so well protected by 'Law enforcement' (What a farce they are) in Sanford, Fla., that's it's lucky for the citizens to even have an arrest made.
And that act (arrest) took NATIONAL OUTRAGE calls for justice. So, evidence shows, George Zimmerman and Daddy have been given a 'free pass' not to answer for violent acts. Why are they so 'connected' in Sanford?
The Justice Department should look into that brazen neglect, soon.

It was national news that Zimmerman had opened his own web page where he was asking for defense donations, and if the prosecution didn't do anyhting in court at the bail hearing then, don't know why that would change now.

The prosecutor blew his chance....but the prosecutor has almost a case that has not even a chance of wining.
From all I have heard, Zimmerman wil walk free but it will cost that family a lot of money and all their privacy and their safety will never be guaranteed thanks to these crazy Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and the Black Panther
Zimmerman created a website to raise money for his legal fees. His attorney claims he just found out yesterday. The prosecution will ask to raise the bond. His legal defense could cost 500k-1 million.
The judge will be told tomorrow about this and I don't think the judge will be happy about the dishonest fact that his defense and family told the judge he had no money.
Can Zimmerman be trusted after this lie? He allowed his own family to testify saying he has no money. His whole story should be questioned.
Personally I ont see the big deal. If his defense can cost 500,000 to a million & he already paid $150,00 bond that $200,000 dont mean much does it. In my opinion, once he gets vindicated his court costs should be reembursed by the racist pigs that got him locked up in the first place.
So this is the American value system..who ever has the most money to advertise becomes president...and who ever pays more into the court system gets to walk?
This is probably the same system that we have in Canada...If you sue someone and use say a dis-barred lawyer to do the filing of documents on the cheap..and you prepare the case yourself...and your case has merit...You will never win even if you are right...cos' you did not put money into the "fund"...into their system....once in a while they burn their own to give the illusion that there is justice...but you CAN buy your way out.
Money that goes into a defense fund...puts big bucks in the hands of legalists...they pass that money around with in their inner circle. The judicial system is rarely kind to the poor...or those NOT in the club.
I agree with the politics part, but theres nothing wrong with helping another human being defend himself, especially when his trial is the result of blatant discrimination.
