By your definition we do not have not one Conservative in the Senate because every Republican Senator vote yes to the Jobs Act, which is designed for the govt. to help stimulate job creation.

The bill is called the JOBS ACT> Senate passes JOBS Act, with tweak - Seung Min Kim - POLITICO.com

The reason they are focusing on legislation designed to have the public believe they are interested in job creation is because they are not stupid. They know that it is required to get reelected.

So there are only two alternatives for the Senators that voted for the JOBS bills. They are either not conservative or they are simply liars who will say anything to get elected.
I am sure people wish the government could create jobs, I am sure they wish it could make everyday sunny and 72. There are some things even the wonderful government can't do.

The government stimulated the economy to the tune of $700 billion and created precious few jobs. The government cannot creat jobs efficiently, it has been proven time and again.

So Liberals tell us.

why do you need to point at republicans? Why cant you point to the record of your own party who has owned the whitehouse for more than 3 years, had a super majority in congress for two years and STILL controls the Senate.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR RECORD
on jobs
on the economy
on the improvement in the lives of average americans
on how your side has curbed the rise in gas prices, elecricity and peanut butter....

It is the record of the party in power that matters. NOT one half of one third of the government...

The GOP has passed legislation since they have taken control of the House, just none that has anything to do with job creation.

-Voted to repeal health care reform

-passed a bill to undermine our ability to provide a healthier environment for our children,

-Voted to protect taxpayer subsidies for Big Oil and speculators

-Voted to provide more tax cuts for millionaires, and protect tax breaks for corporations shipping jobs overseas

-Voted to cripple public radio stations

-Voted to cut off key federal funding for Planned Parenthood

-restricted how women with private insurance can spend private dollars in purchasing health insurance

Where are the jobs???
The above list sounds like a great start. Some of what you posted were vague probably on purpose, but we need to shrink the hell out of government and retire tons of government employees to the private sector.

Government sucks the air out of the room.
Best thing Republicans can do and would do better is to stay out of the way of people trying to conduct business.
Government F'd with the interest rates, the lenders, the companies themselves and caused a lot of bubbles in real estate, stocks and if left unchecked would be taxing you on both the inhale and the exhale.

Because it's not the government's place to create jobs. If you point to a Republican sponsored "jobs bill", then that makes it easier to figure out which Republicans aren't actually conservative. I don't know why this is so hard to understand. Private sector is the key to job creation, not the government.
Funny, I could have sworn Republicans ran campaigns on "job creation."

My bad! The number is actually 7.4 million jobs that the GOP killed!

In the over 400 days since Republicans took control of the House, the GOP hasn't passed a single job creation bill, but has passed bills that would kill 7.4 million jobs.
All listed here.

How many? List them and give the basics of how the particular bills will create jobs, please.
