Lowered taxes on businesses.

No brainer.

That said, it's not the government's job to create jobs. The government can create a business-friendly environment, which Repubs have done, but it's not their job to 'create' jobs.

Always remember that when you complain about businesses who you claim pay 'less' tax than you. How many jobs have you created?

To help create jobs, you have to help small businesses have the ability to create jobs... small businesses aren't going to create jobs if there is no demand for their services/products... people aren't going to demand more of their services or products if Obama keeps raising their taxes... something liberals will never understand...

Can I go first with the predictable responses? The Republican controlled house tries to pass bills, but the democratic controlled senate always kills them. We are trying to create jobs, but those _________ (insert nickname for democrats) keeping preventing them from passing.

Firstly the Democrats who controlled the White House, House and Senate and didn't do anything for two years. With the Democrats still in control of the White House and the Senate you ask what the Republicans have done?

Having said the article you linked too is clearly biased and assumes government has to create jobs, you obviously don't understand the conservative point of view if you're going top use that as argument about Republicans not creating jobs. Government can only help or hurt job creation and the the things they list promoted by the Democrats are only more wasteful spending that doesn't attack the root cause of the problem which of course is the government.

Typical response of the CD right wingers - deflect by lying about what Obama has done.

Are you kidding?

These bills?

-The bill would amend the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA)

-The bill would strip the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of its ability to use the Clean Air Act

-H.J. Res 37 would prohibit the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) from imposing net neutrality regulations on Internet providers

-The bill would amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act

- amend the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act

-The bill would prohibit the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) from ordering any employer to close, relocate or transfer employment under any circumstance.

-The TRAIN Act would establish an 11-member committee, chaired by the Department of Commerce, to analyze the impacts of a number of major Environment Protection Agency (EPA) regulations.

-The bill would prohibit the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations

-The bill would help to curtail the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Boiler MACT regulations on boilers and industrial incinerators.

-The bill would prohibit the EPA from regulating coal ash as a toxic waste in any state

These are their idea of jobs bills?

They obviously have no interest in leaving an non-toxic America to our children. Perhaps the jobs come in in health care later on to deal with the cancers, genetic deformities, and diseases.

Specifically, what taxes did Obama raise?

Amazing, how the RWers categorize "jobs bills"
