That's good advice and I try to stick by it as best I can. But how can I enjoy life when something like this is going on in my neighborhood. Shood I be blind to it and ignor it. I don't think so, and I'm certain that you are not saying that.

But what do we do? This man is allowed to run free doing what he's doing (prior to getting caught) and we should do nothing?

I've concentrated on my own life and the lives of my family. But there is a point that the police are not going to help, or actually, it's not their fault, they just can't get there in time, so we have to take matters in our own hands and get rid of the vermon that deal these cards.

I don't live in fear. Neither do my kids. We go on about life like these people don't exist. But we carefully watch what is going on. I have to say, I'm a proud father. I have 7 kids. Along with me, 6 of them have a carry permit. The 7th kid submitted for his today.

Unfortunately, if you make them more independent , as we do, (in other words, judges don't really have "bosses" like most people) then they become less subject to outside presure and corruption (you can't 'threaten their job' to get them to render decisions in your favor)...On the other hand, when one of these "independent" judges goes BAD, you STILL can't easily FIRE him.....Their Independence" works to society's advantage when judges are "good and honorable"--but it's a real obstacle in getting rid of the judicial "riff-raff". And, as I said, there are a few judges who are just plain CRAZY, and are nearly impossible to "remove" from the bench....

Don't know how to illustrate my point any clearer than that...

I think I get it now and to a certain extent, Judges are accountable..at least on the local and state levels. I guess I just lost the connection between an attorney trolling for children and the last post. I'd still like to see more public input on local, State, and Federal level to get responsible members representing us all. Keep in mind, even "good and honorable?" judges were all lawyers at one point in their life...

I love how this forum has overlooked the fact that this judge is a REPUBLICAN. Another sex scandal for the GOP, that party of morality! From toe tapping Senator Craig to judges wanting to have sex with 5 year olds!

Perhaps I did do a poor job of "connecting the dots"--I tend to blame most of our modern "outrages" ultimately on "goofy" judges....I.E., the "creepy" miscreants do their thing, (that's what creepy people have ALWAYS done)--but lots of judges today seem to have their own agenda, and there doesn't seem to be much we can do about it. What's the opposite of a "Hanging Judge"?-whatever it is, that's what I'm referring to....

I wonder if O'Reilly covered this?

Republican has nothing to do with it. It's sick regardless of party.

I'm at a loss for words....now you know why Bill O'Reilly goes after these judges for letting child predators off!

I'm so angry right now....now I know some people are going to say "he's innocent until proven guilty", but the fact is is that this sicko would have 99% carried it out and even admitted he had done it before.
O'Reilly wants to STOP the ACLU's pedophilia program and their "fighting for the rights of pedophiles and NAMBLA". O'Reilly also wants to stop the liberal judges. These judges are usually located in the hardcore liberal states (Connecticut, New York, Massachussetts, and the worst offending state in terms of freeing child molesters to date: VERMONT).

The judges are a HUGE problem, because sadly a LOT of judges (upwards of 80%) are hardcore liberal extremists! And extreme liberals sympathize with pedophiles and don't care about kids (see this whole thing started with the abortion thing and the de-valuation of America's kids, which has opened the door to judicial liniency to pedophiles and child molesters).

This makes me sick.
