yea we got one out in the parking lot....No body will drive the POS except our resident man from ELF and he's an office rast so here never goes anywhere anyhow......

BS, where I live, everything is purchased thru competitive bidding. I doubt if things are different in Fla.

My guess, for an order that big, there was a huge discount involved.

So the excuse the green spenders have is well somebody else wasted money so it's ok here too. Unbelievable is all I can say. That is their answer to all Obama's fails too so no wonder. They have been programmed by their rulers.

Ok wait read the post I replied to. The question was who would pay sticker price. The answer is the feds would and more. Am I wrong?
Ever see what they pay for a stripped down cargo plane?
They buy in volume and pay premium. Its the way of the gov.
Yes in this case its county and state but same same mentality.
