There doesn't appear to be much of a link between firearms laws and the crime rate on a state-by-state or country-by-country basis:
Wow, DC is up there with Mexico. Way to go DC.

Yes. Because race determines everything. Not societal factors.

Quit being a racist.

Well, the criminals should be thanking Mayor Bloomberg, and past mayors of the city. They have done as much as they possibly can to ensure that violent criminals have a safe work environment. You would't want a robber, mugger or rapist to get hurt now, would you?

Edward, everything I've ever seen shows that race is not a significant variable improving R^2....UNLESS....the person doing the study is trying to skew results and is leaving out poverty levels, single parent and so forth. In those cases race becomes a proxy for those variables and shows a faux significance because it correlates highly to poverty and single parenthood.

So, don't fall for "statistical" abuse and please do not perpetuate what is clearly an agenda driven myth.

When you are joking you need to use an emoticon of some kind to admit it.
If you where a gambling man, what race would you bet they were/are?

Advice from a leftist liberal.

Never appeal to a thugs better nature. He does not have one.

Be alert, be aware be armed.

When attacked kill the vermin without remorse.

Gun control is selecting a legitimate target aand hitting it with the first shot.
and the second.

I treat thugs like feral dogs, no different.

Why does this thread make me feel uncomfortable? I saw my 1st person shot when I was 16. Second a few years later.

What upsets me is people how try to politicize stories for their benefit without giving a da*n about the victims or people involved.

People who make faux outrage posts about minorities being shot also make posts about how they hate minorities.

Go figure, dishonesty at it's finest
