Fellow who took over GM after the bailout came out and said they were internally rotten regarding corporate culture and a number of other topics which had bearing on the future survival of the company. He was not even a car guy. GM has done well as of late or better than they were doing before which was terrible.

Jack Welch of GE mentioned candour as one of the attributes to look for in future CEOs.
He also said his model does not work in gov't employment because there is no diferentiation.

My first thought, too.

Problem with Paul is all he does is talk. After 100 years as a politician, he hasn't accomplished a single thing. Just talk, talk, talk.
