You do realize that Exxon is a global company, that it makes money from many different enterprises and that it pays more in corporate taxes in the U.S. than it earns from its business entities in the U.S.

Aside from their overseas assets 100% of their profits coming from US oil should go to federal coffers. American resources should not be controlled by a few people
