An advanced C-D search with the keywords "transgender" "bathroom" yields numerous threads on this topic....

Not again....
I like multiple threads but if you don't why did you click?

I'm confused. Ladies' rooms have stalls. How would anybody know? Was he/she announcing it to the world.

I told you. Dude was nailed before he got two feet into the common area. The eyes, Osito. They give you away every time...

At a practice I worked at, we had a patient who was born with no sexual genitalia ( no ovaries or Undescended testes either ) just a urethra.

It's a very rare disorder. That said, many people might have mistaken her for a tranny. I'd hate to be in her situation and have to use a public restroom. If the person in the OP simply felt safer in the ladies room, I'd have no problem with it .

I would also like to see more unisex bathrooms, complete with changing tables for fathers with small children. What's a guy supposed to do if he's out with his three year old daughter? Send her in a public restroom by herself ?

Our gym says children up to three can be in the locker room of the opposite sex. IMO a gym locker room is way worse than any bathroom you can name. You see everything in a locker room. Women bring their 10 year old boys in the ladies locker rooms and they see everything. My wife is the one they like to look at because she is blind and can't see them oogling. She is also a lot easier on young eyes than the other women in there. This is not an L.A. Fitness, the clientelle is very frumpy for the most part. I've seen men with their small girls in the men's room. Usually they take them to a stall and few guys will do anything until the kid is out of sight. A locker room is a whole different deal, you come out the shower, swinging, and you don't know that you need to cover up until its too late. Some guy brought his obviously WAY older than three year old daughter into the men's locker room and I went straight for the managers desk. He didn't want to confront the guy, so I did. I wasn't the only one. Took his sweet time taking her out of there. There are worse things than sending a girl into a women's bathroom unescorted. I am told all the time that I can go in the ladies room with my wife and its usually the women that are encouraging this. I never do. My wife is fiercely independent. But if I am allowed to assist her then I imagine a guy can assist his daughter and far from creating a ruckus, he would likely get serious Dad points from anyone around.
