Don't be surprised if there aren't more of these kind of activities.
I believe threads are unraveling. Follow the money.
quote: The case is styled Abeel v. Bank of America, etc., et al. -- and includes such entities as ML Banderia Cayman BRL Inc., ML Whitby Luxembourg S.A.R.L. and J.P Morgan Asset Management Luxembourg S.A. -- as well as hundreds of other obscure offshore entities somehow "owned" by federally chartered banks and formed "under the nose" of the Administration and the FDIC.
Yes, actually, that is all that poster can add. If it doesn't suit his Obama Can Do No Wrong™ message, then its either deflection, lies, or attacking the messenger. It completely throws him into a tailspin.
The Wall Street journal is a perfectly fine source for your OP, as is MarketWatch. Just sit back and watch the sheep writhe in misery. It's pretty entertaining.
The "press release" was placed on MarketWatch (via Marketwire via Comtex) automatically. There was no editorial oversight by the WSJ at all.
Yes I know. The article even plainly says it is a PR. People can always go look it up. Such comments are silly on the part of the poster. Enough info there to research or watch. No need for spoonfeeding.
quote: A press release published by Marketwatch (a website owned by the Wall Street Journal) via Marketwire on April 23, 2012, by America’s Spire Law Group, revealed that a mass tort action on behalf of home owners across the United States has been filed in the Supreme Court of New York, County of Kings.
The suit, which has been assigned Index No. 500827 and was filed by the Spire Law Group (http://spirelawgroupllp.com/Home.html - broken link) and their affiliates and partners throughout the United States, also alleges that Bank of America, J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo Bank, Citibank, Citigroup, One West Bank, among other federally chartered banks stole hundreds of millions of dollars from U.S. home owners through little-known offshore companies.
The suit was filed by the Spire Law Group, an organization which caters to large corporations and wealthy individuals:

Would anyone find is surprising that such a firm, and such clients, would try to embarrass the President in an election year? Whether the suit has merit or not, the story will be picked up and spread from right wing site to right wing site in the blink of an eye as more "proof" that Obama is suspect.
Heck, it's already happening, isn't it? See...this is how dirty politics is played. And, the suckers just lap it up.
Then why were you lie and claim it was connected to the WSJ?
