That's common knowledge. Andrew Jackson was a slave owner. In fact the Democratic party was pro slavery, filled the ranks of the KKK and were predominantly white supremacists and segregationists. To keep it simple; The north was mainly whigs (Republicans) the south was Democratic-Republicans (Democrats.)
Founded by former Confederate soldiers after the Civil War (1861–1865) the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) used violence and intimidation to prevent blacks from voting, holding political office and attending school
The KKK was founded by Democrats. members included Harry Truman, Robert Byrd, Hugo Black, and hundreds of high profile dems were Klu Klux Klan members. They filled the ranks until the late fifties and to some extent into the early seventies as popularity waned. If they weren't members, they were certainly influenced by members. EXP: FDR's internment camps.

The great transformation of the Democrat party took place under LBJ in the sixties. The dems solidified their hold on the minority vote by using social nets and welfare programs. This is why they can preach race neutrality, even if they don't honestly believe in racial equality. They've inspired riots to protect their "equality and tolerance" image, primarily for the votes. The latest mantra is social justice, same old thing with a new catchy name. If something changes in the future, they'll simply pull a gecko, change colors, and rewrite history - again.
This is an outright lie - the Tea Party supports lower taxes, smaller government, and more accountability - liberal liars don't like their agenda and the fact that people support the Tea Party so they try to smear it by calling them racists. Quit being a tool for the Democrats, learn how to think for yourself, and stop spreading lies.
Don't be so defensive! You have to admit that many members of the teabaggers are racist. I cannot say the same for the actual Teaparty since there are very few of them left.
So very true...I just watched a British documentary on Rupert Murdoch;
what a completely unethical and vile excuse for a human being. He and Rush are the perfect pair. Murdoch used his papers in England to influence politics...one headline even boasted of their influence when the favorite was defeated in favor of a Murdoch lackey. Limbaugh has been the willing
mouthpiece for the GOP, lying with impugnity and hubris. He's done more to resurrect the cancer of racism than any KKK group due to his broad but
gullible audience. Like Murdoch, he happily stokes the fire of hatred and intolerance, and is pleased with himself for doing so. I'm supposed to be impressed that Limbaugh's rich? Ha! I'd rather die poor as a churchmouse than live knowing that I'm a liar with no ethics or morals. This isn't a rant or liberal "frothing," it's a rock-solid indictment with British investigations to back it up. If/when America begins to investigate Murdoch's employees
hacking into cell phones and hiring private detectives, we'll see how long it takes for some unsavory practices of Limbaugh's...other than doctor shopping and drug addiction...to come to light. Instant karma's gonna get him.

The value of the dollar will devalue regardless who is in the W.H in the coming years. Even as we speak China and other countries are planning to use their own currencies in purchasing oil from the world market, and when that happens the value of the dollar will decrease

Truthfully I don't doubt it, but I want to clearify one thing. I'm not a democrat nor repulican but I do believe in common sense. I will defend the president (rather I believe in him or not is not the point) from racist rants and various other lies that would not have happened if he was white from obstructionist teabaggers and bought and paid for politicians and media types.
Oh btw, since you deflected everything that I wrote it can safely assumed that it is true. I never inquired anything about the president's dealings I just simply posted the truth about bush in response to a previous post
