Yeah, the 90% Democratic Mass legislature had nothing to do with that.
Excuses?
Massachusetts had the weakest employment growth of any state from 2002 to 2006 except for Mississippi and Louisiana, which suffered the brunt of Hurricane Katrina, and Michigan itself, which was buffeted by the auto industry’s woes.
When will these RWNJs realize a government is NOT a business and the skill set needed to be a corporate vulture is not the same as the skills needed to administer a government? Never, I suppose.
Did you vote for Barack Obama? If so, then can you tell us how a former state rep and first term senator qualified for the position of the most powerful executive in the world?
Note the use of the word executive and then please look up the definition.

He met the Constitutional standard and was ELECTED.
No it doesn't. Why should his personal money go into creating jobs for people? Do you fund any job programs with your personal bank account? I didn't think so.
You guys whine and moan about Mitt Romney, but at the end of the day you're no better than he is if you're not holding yourself to the same standard that you hold him to as a private citizen.
What was I thinking?
I forgot, people like Romney never use their own money to do anything, let alone create jobs.
Let's compare to Obama's venture into venture capitalism, shall we?
Solyndra - 1100 employees laid off
Fisker - approx 75 employees laid off
Tesla - approx 130 employees laid off
The difference is that Romney knows how to turn businesses around. Obama only knows how to throw someone else's money at ideology-driven businesses. And, oh yeah, reward wealthy campaign donors in the process.
The difference is that Bain's companies are holding their own or improving. Gymboree has seen growth in recent years, in spite of the economy. Every one of the companies that Obama's backed are failing.
You do know that Romney hasn't been at Bain since 1999, don't you? He left to turn around the Olympics. Yup, another success. Where was Obama in 1999? He was failing - in his bid for congress.

That's something that only happens on Main St.
Please show me where Obama has done that. I mean, you love the guy, and put great stock in privately funding jobs. That must mean Obama's done that, right?

Well Greg, to hear Obama talk about government jobs, one would think he thinks government is a business...
