But so long as she holds the eternal carrot on a stick that "everyone will get the same level of coverage I have, just keep voting for us and you'll see one day I'm right", it doesn't matter.

In her world, everyone would dream of becoming a bureaucrat simply because of the perks involved without having to work so hard. Just have to be in the right place at the right time, or know someone who is.
