Romney can't flip flop on this one, he and the Mormons drove Prop 8 in California, pumping millions of Utah Mormon dollars in the state for 24/7 ads. Romney is the gay hate candidate.

I guess he's finally realized that the concept of separate but equal is never equal. Quite possibly, this stance was finalized by the lovely state of NC that has decided that a civil union/partnership is not the same as a "real" marriage. Good for him.
