Why the hell should I care whether or not some dude is gay??? It seems, uhm, kind of "gay" when people are obsessed with other people's personal lives. Frankly, I support them, its less competition to pull chicks

Yeah, it does seem strange to regulate behavior, like whether or not gay people can get married, or whether or not contraception is available or illegal (as I suspect some people would like it to be). Why does someone care how someone else defines themselves and their actions, especially since:

1. They have never met these people whose behavior they are trying to restrain through laws and other means.

2. They purportedly believe in all of the freedoms americans enjoy, yet at the same time try to restrict some of these freedoms from other americans.

Oh!!, that's right, #2 is how we define hypocrites (I made it #2 for a reason). Maybe we need a law restricting hypocrites. Then they will come back with a law restricting # 2

While I agree with the sentiment, those same people who wear their sexual preference on their sleeve could say the very same thing about those who are not them. I would not necessarily agree, but you will never stop some people from saying loudly "Here I am everyone, like it or not"

Nobody cares, people just get tired of having the gay agenda shoved down their throats! You push on people and they're going to push back.

I don't care...but don't try to usurp the tradition of marriage, which is between one man and one woman.

Stick to civil unions and the gays would have a lot of support..but no, they need the mantle of "marriage" in order to deem their lifestyle as "normal".

That's a different way of looking at it, LOL! But seriously, I don't. It's not my life, nor does someone elses sexuality effect my life.

What do you mean by 'gay agenda'?
Do you mean like gays wanting to have the same rights as straight people?
