WH won't push gay marriage into party platform | Campaign 2012 | Washington Examiner

Apparently Obama's courage does have its limits.

Default White House won't push gay marriage on democratic party platform

As I say it was all LIP service, he doesn't even believe it but was push by Tardo Biden into having to take a stance.

Well...first of all...."Courage" and "Barack Obama" shouldn't even be in the same sentence. History will not judge Barack Obama for having "courage." But I understand what you're saying. Obama is a fluke. He stands for nothing.

Anyone that doesn't think that they looked at polls, saw flagging support from voters over their gay-rights efforts (not that they would vote for romney but might just not vote) ..... and didn't orchestrate this is a complete sucker.

Lip service to get the donations and votes from the people that have......nowhere else to turn.

Moooooo baby mooooooooo!

Bull, if he wins re-election it will be a different story.
He's always been in support and is fooling no one.

Must be evaluating his position yet again. LOL

The gay army had a fun time squealing though. Obama got his money now back to reality.

Lady MacBeth could probably make a proper inclusion of 'courage' and 'Obama' in the same sentence.

He voiced his opinion. He never said he was going to make it his mission. It's not his or any Presidents job to do that. All they can do is voice their support. We do have a system in place for making and changing law and it's NOT having the POTUS do it.

That said, I think it was a big deal for him to say that since most politicians don't want to come down firmly on one side of a controversy like this. They play to the middle to get votes or hem and haw and keep from saying anything that can be used against them. Nice to see this happen now and watch and see...it will start to happen more and more. Soon homosexuality won't be the political football anymore and something else will have to take it's place. A new scary thing.

All things to all people, Barack Obama is.

Be careful you don't tear that tent as you expand it for all your voter blocs.
