Before they start school. There's no point using tax dollars to educate someone to 3rd grade then eat them.

Whom do you know that eats dog? Ya, that's the same guy I was thinking of...!!
A number of famous US heros have eaten dog. It's a cultural thing in parts of the world where they would look down on us for our consumption of animals they consider taboo.

So, brush up on your history. (Hint: One dog eater is on the $1 coin and is also the only slave to appear on modern US currency. )

At the point they reach physical maturity and peak physical condition. And before they start to introduce significant levels of chemicals such as nicotine, alcohol, etc. into their bodies that will undermine meat quality.

[purely hypothetical for the folks joining the program late ]

My view is evolving. Soon I will make an announcement on ABC concerning the legalization of cannibalism.

Of course cannibalism is a state issue so it does not really matter anyway.

The carcasses can be inspected and approved by the USDA, just like pork and beef, with a blue stamp on the meat.

How many of Obama's large donors/bundlers are cannibals? This will likely determine how his view on cannibalism evolves.

That cannibalism is even remotely considered acceptable to some shows just how far this country and society has degenerated.
