This is rediculous. In Slavic the term CAR also means a womans private place. Top Gear pointed out that the Slavic countries loved the show because they always talked about driving cars. If Arabs are that anal, they should get out of France.
In British English, 'fanny' is considered a rather vulgar way of referring to an initimate part of a female's anatomy. And let's not even talk about the British slang for a cigarette

so this story was simply fabricated out of nothing?
