Not sure what page you're looking at, but Page 74, year-ended June 30,1962 shows 21 people orginating from Kenya and arriving by sea or air in the United States, including SEVEN CITIZENS.
Further, arriving FROM Kenya completely ignores that the passengers could have actually flown from KENYA to another country for a kazillion different reasons before flying to the United States. I think i'd eliminate this data point from your talking points. There are way too many holes.

yes, seven US citizens total. 7 by sea 0 by air. do you believe that stanley anne traveled by sea with a new born? besides being incredibly unlikely for multiple reasons it would be impossible for her to have traveled following standard ship routes from kenya and made it back in time to start school in seattle in september.
