I beleive he thinks the automatic cuts as part of the debt limit was a deal. Its was not a budget deal but a deal to have across the board cuts if a deal is not reach by as I recall jan 2013. Its like 1.7 trillion in total cuts.

Before democrats have the right to complain about a proposed budget, they need to submit one of their own.

Someone please remind me how many budgets the democrats have summitted since they gained control of congress in 2006....

The only one I can think of was the Obama blueprint that was rejected by the Senate 97-0

I would say that's typical of our politicians in general.

For example from the other side, where is the budget from the senate? They agreed to do that when they took office. What happened to paygo?
