She is NOT supposed to give her opinions in class, she is supposed to let the students develop their own. She is a disgrace to the profession and needs to be fired.
In the Obama administration, she is probably right. It would not surprise me if they started arresting people for speaking unfavorably about him.
Whitehouse frequent visitor claims if you are against obama you are a racist. the teacher must have been a card carrying union member to say what she said.
can never be enough duplicate threads to spread the word and show a pattern of oppression characteristic of Obama's tenure.
So it's ok for teachers to bully students into believing obama wasn't a bully this situation it appears and don't dare question the great bammer!!! Good thing she wasn't posting all this on facebook. My Lord this is what is teaching our children.
If you threaten to kill ANY president, or threaten violence against them, you can be arrested. I'd like to hear more about what the student said, and why where ever the quote is from believes the teacher was "obviously an Obama supporter." Did the teacher state her opinion, did she slam the political opinions of others, or was she simply saying that students should have respect for the office, regardless of who holds it? I come from a family full of teachers and I know how easy it is for things like this to be completely blown into something they aren't. How about a link next time so we can look at the source and the text ourselves, vs. just a quote. FYI--you're not supposed to quote content here because of copyright issues.

Teacher clearly chooses which President to respect by her statement that Bush was ****ty.
Scary when the students are smarter than the teacher.
