I'd have to say, the propagandists were more subtle last time. They at least took the time to cook up some semi-plausible claims about Saddam and his super-secret super-deadly WMD nuke labs.
This time... the propaganda push for war just feels lazy, to be honest. Kind of half-hearted. I don't think the public at large is really getting into it, either.
Actually, leadership is usually not invading another country. It was not leadership when Bush went into Iraq and Afghanistan. No one ever tries real diplomacy.
I am sure that there are many across the world that consider the US to be terrorists the way we go and invade sovereign nations (ever since WW2), kill their civilians and exploit there resources and in some cases enslave their people in sweatshops to make our consumer crazed society happy on the surface

A true American is one that will point out its deficiencies and suggest ways to solve them ( as many as there are currently)
