Our founding fathers also made the effort to exaust every possible diplomatic and lawful resolution with King George before revolting. The flag displayed by the OP was for a new nation, not for revolution.
The Constitution basically assured that our federal government would never get so large that it operated against the consent of the people. However, a century or more of large central government over-reaches of power have brought us to a point where the options remaining are rapidly diminishing.
Truthfully, there is nothing this administration would like more to institute tyranny over the people than a violent revolution. Thus, time and time again we see Obama's donors and supporters (big Unions, Soros funded 501c4s, '60's radicals, etc...) fomenting violence via the "Occupy" astro-turf movement.
Of course, an all out civil war in the US would help meet the UN's Agenda 21 to vastly reduce the population. Be careful about that for which you wish. Clue: drones can and will be used against US citizens as easily as "terrorists" in the Middle East.
