We all know that "pro-life" means "anti-abortion" most of the time (although not all of the time) and "pro-choice" is used primarily in reference to abortion rights. This survey regarded the issue of abortion.

Face it: an increasing number of Americans are now questioning the moral legitimacy of abortion. 3D ultrasounds, among other things, make the humanity of the fetus more evident than it was once was. They are increasingly realizing it is not just a blob of biomass.

There's a video that shows the baby, or babies, can't remember which...naturally moving away as "the tool," the foreign object moves into the womb.

Of course others showing the babies sucking their thumbs in the womb. Just a fetus? not a chance~

People are waking up to the fact that the left has duped them with the "pro-choice" propaganda. They realize now that if you are not pro-life - then you are pro-death. They don't want to condone murder any longer.

I haven't heard any pro-life individuals defending the rampage in Afghanistan, and while I can certainly see them as a group being more militaristic than the pro-choice crowd, it is not a universal characteristic among pro-lifers, nor is it essential to the stance. I would suspect it is more of an artifact of the two-party system, or deeper causes that I do not have the time to get into in this post. There are lots of people like me who opposed the war in Iraq yet were and are pro-life. Painting an entire group with such a broad stroke is no better or more intelligent than saying that the French are a bunch of cheese-eating surrender monkeys or that the Occupy crowd consists of unemployed communist hippies.

Yes, that is the accurate term, murder. Pro-murder.

Murder my butt. You're removing a parasite in the 1st trimester. Nothing more, nothing less.

In favor or no, legal or not, abortions will happen anyway.

Many "pro-lifers" are pro death penalty. The war in Iraq isn't the only war going on and I've heard quite a few pro-lifers defend the lunatic who went on the rampage.

How the hell can call yourself pro-life when you are pro-death anything???

What a sad commentary on our continually deteriating society - some of our members actually refer to human beings as parasites.

Sad.

Meh. My uterus gets to decide whether it wants to keep the embryo or not. 50% of my fertilized eggs are aborted. Probably more because i'm over 30. Why not give the rest of my body the same choice?

The body does that naturally - abortion involves human intervention.
