The real issue is that the pizza chain only hires people who speak Spanish...so you CAN'T order in English anyway! Eat at any fast food restuarant in the West, Spanish IS the language.
Requiring people to be confined to singular rules on such issues is authoritarianism, whether courts agree or disagree. This case is clearly giving you a choice. You can buy a pizza, or you can have one for free. Your choice. I've picked mine, and as I said, primarily to get some queso sticks and chicken wings that I like from that place. Got a problem with it?
Except that civil rights were about defending rights of everybody, every individual.
Except the rights of the property owner. But when you say rights of everyone you actually mean privileges since the property owner owns their work, they can grant you the privilege of receiving that work.
Sooooooo, this "pizza" place isn't Italian? Do you go to a German-American owned restaurant for won ton soup or a Chinese restaurant for sauerbraten? I'm thinking people in some parts of the country play too loosey goosey with pizza. Would you get a pizza from a place called Mama O'Reilly's?
