apparently when slavery ended blacks didn't want revenge they wanted to just get along (a documentary i watched say this) , but jim crow made sure that didn't happen..then the peaceful era of civil rights of martin luther king, into the anger of the black panthers, into the angry yet apathetic-ness of the 90s , to now the just the apathy of now.

PS - I find it strikingly fascinating that you make reference to the "Lord" which assume, correct me if I am wrong, is the god of the Christians. That being the case I find it puzzling that as Christian you would beseech the "Father of Christ" for an explanation justifying the discrimination of one set of his children from another. Any explanation for that would be greatly appreciated.
I am not a christian.

If I understand your words here: I LIKE my "own kind"; even if they AIN'T the same skin color as me.

Another much needed history lesson.

Our present gun laws are the direct result of:
The use of automatic weapons and sawed off shotguns by the likes of Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow which in 1934 resulted in the first federal firearms law, the National Firearms Act 1934,

The assassination of John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy, led the Congress to pass the Gun Control Act of 1968,

The attempted assassination of then President Ronald Reagan and the severe wounding of his press secretary James Brady who along with his wife lobbied for the passage of the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act of 1998.
Perhaps less C-D and more Wiki would put you in good stead?

You sure you're on the right site?

True enough.

In the 1970s, you could call the Detroit Police and they would send a car to your house to file a report.

Good thing we fixed that!
