You need to back this up with real data. The only times I've heard of a 16% loss in net income is when someone changes jobs or moves to a higher tax jurisdiction (like from TX to WI). Not even with Obamacare screwing up my healthcare provided by my employer, I'm only increasing to 10% of my net income every 2 weeks. Of course, my personal/family deductibles are $1000/$4000 with maximum out of pocket at $4000/$12000 annually.
