Possibly because his devotees kept insisting that rising gas prices were not Nobamas' fault now agree that them coming down is not due to his actions?

Actually, according to Nobamas' history, you have that backwards. He takes any credit he can when things go right, blames anyone and everyone else when things go bad.

Kind of like when this administration made the claims of all those "saved or created" jobs in attempting to claim credit. Anyone have one of those saved or created jobs that the government had anything to do with (excepting being hired by the government)?

Don't people realize that heads of state are figure heads and have no real power to speak of.?There are tacit committees that run things- The president is just the mouth piece...kind of like a lawyer or devil's advocate.

Gas prices were at historic highs in late 2008, and then fell quickly as the world anticipated Bush's departure from the White House. Due to explosion in demand in China and India, we will never see $1.60 gas again.

He also did not attempt to take credit for the low or assign blame for the high. See the fallacy of your statement?

He did spend an awful lot of time trying to convince everyone that the high prices were not his fault.
