We would have had to endure half-literate humanities PHD's going on prime time to discuss the "underground epidemic" of white women falsely accusing black men, somehow white men would have been at fault, etc.
The President did not over react to the Henry Louis Gates situation the police officer and Fox News did.
The President had the beer summit to calm the morons down at Fox News, but that does not change the fact the the police officer who arrested Henry Louis Gates was a fascist thug who was completely incorect.

Not only is she not going to prison, she is likely to keep the $1.5 million she got from taxpayers for a rape that never happened. Why? Because that is how the trial lawyers like it. 30-40 percent of that $1.5 million doubtless went into the pocket of some lawyer as contingency fee. And in turn some of that ended up as a campaign donation to dem politicos. So the dem politicos make it as easy as possible to falsely accuse and sue, with no accountibility for those who are caught like this girl. As always, follow the money.
I'd like one, just one, of our lefty trolls to defend the lack of accountability for this girl and the prosecutor in this case.
Notice another thing about this case--but for the fact that the girl opened up & admitted the fraud (presumably not knowing she was being recorded) Brian Banks would have never been exonerated. He would have been marked as a felon, sex offender, and former rapist for life.
A case like this is just the tip of the iceberg, most such railroad jobs are never found out.

So obviously none of them are willing to defend nor discuss. Just bury the problem, and wait for the next guy who loses 5 years of his life, and next rip-off of $1.5 million from taxpayers.

Yes, I guess she was either thinking nobody would hear or thinking she was above the law and first falsely accuse the guy and than kiss and make up...kind of messed up person.
On top of that I believe when it comes to this subject that the way we handle things like this between teenagers different in Europe and see it as teenagers and their issues and don't call things rape...
Girls dress like adults and behave like adults and guys do the same...I don't understand that if they are both the same age they can be charged for rape unless their is clear evidence.
