He also proposed cuts to veteran benefits, a hike in Tricare payments and a new fee for retired military healthcare as part of the defense budget cuts. Why didn't you list those issues as well ?

I don't know much about GW but i know he is a great family man and doesn't seem to be a bad guy BUT he was a awful President.
